  At Canale Farms we offer our corporate clients a full catering staff experienced in
preparing and serving delicious grilled menus for large numbers of attendees. Our
burgers and chicken breasts are grilled on real charcoal the old fashion way, and you
can taste the difference. Our beans, slaw and desserts are home-made the night before
each event and our bar-b-que shoulders and butts are slow cooked over hickory wood
for 13 hours. We serve only the finest food available and we are
continually complimented on the food at Canale Farms.
Delicious home-cooked meals are by far our biggest attraction!

         BAR-B-QUE Menu…        Slow smoked charcoal grilled chopped barbeque pork shoulder, barbeque sauce,
                                                                 barbeque beans, all beef hotdogs, Cole slaw, potato salad, macaroni & cheese, buns,
                                                                 potato chips, chocolate brownies & home made banana pudding. 

       Hamburger Hotdog Menu…  Our famous charcoal grilled cheeseburgers/ hamburgers, hotdogs,
                                                                Cole slaw, barbeque beans, potato chips, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, & buns. 
                                                                Home made banana pudding & chocolate brownies. 

        Fried Chicken Menu……  Fried chicken legs, thighs, wings and breasts.

           All you can eat Buffet! Personally served by our staff, 2 hour serving time.  (NO TAKE HOME PLATES)
