Canale Farms is one of the few corporate event venues where all of the food is prepared in-house by our experienced staff. For over 25 years we have been complimented on our ability to serve large events without losing that fantastic home cooked taste. We are constantly complimented on our delicious barbeque and burgers, and our Ali Canale beans are legendary. Slow smoked chopped barbecue pork shoulder, barbecue sauce, Canale Farms beans, all beef hotdogs, Cole slaw, macaroni & cheese, buns, home made chocolate brownies.
We have our own brick barbeque pitt big enough to smoke 75 shoulders at one time.
