BARBECUE Menu…
Slow smoked chopped barbecue pork shoulder, barbecue sauce, Canale Farms beans, all beef hotdogs, Cole slaw, macaroni & cheese, buns, home made chocolate brownies.
We have our own brick barbeque pitt big enough to smoke 75 shoulders at one time.
